Parents/Visitors

Thank you for visiting Phi Kappa Tau on the web. While we enjoy working with our undergraduate members and our alumni, it's always fun to keep in touch with parents, college and university officials, potential members and any other visitors.

We're very proud of our members -- both undergraduate and alumni -- and this shines through in our website. Please take some time to explore the site, and you'll learn about the $98,000 our undergraduates donated to our national philanthropy, the Hole in the Wall Camps; you'll have a glimpse at our extensive network of alumni; and you'll know what resources we make available to our members.

At any time, if you'd like more information, please contact us. You can navigate our contact pages easily by clicking the links to the left of every page -- otherwise, you can call us at 1-800-PKT-1906, and we'll be happy to talk and answer any questions you may have.

Again, thanks for visiting -- and we hope to hear from you soon.

Some information about Phi Kappa Tau:

Since Phi Kappa Tau’s humble beginnings in a Miami University academic hall, Phi Kappa Tau has been an organization based on the principles of brotherhood, citizenship and character. These core values have attracted a large and diverse membership of more than 80,000 members.

In recent years, Phi Tau’s membership has grown at a higher rate than nearly any other fraternity in North America. In fact, our eight percent growth rate is an extraordinary accomplishment compared to the average fraternity growth rate of less than one percent.

Like most fraternities, Phi Kappa Tau offers its members friendship, leadership opportunities and an avenue to succeed in academic and philanthropic endeavors. What sets Phi Tau apart, however, is its dedication to developing individual character within the context of brotherhood. Character is what led Phi Tau’s four founding brothers to create the organization in 1906, and building men of character continues to drive this Fraternity into the next 100 years.

80,950 brothers initiated since 1906
144 undergraduate chapters since 1906.

As you explore our site, you may be interested in the news pages, which keep current on fraternity events. You can also see the page for The Laurel, our national magazine. For questions about the website, or any of its contents, contact Ian Andrews at iandrews@phikappatau.org.
